Position Overview:
This position will consist of assisting in the management and support of an office Windows network environment including desktops and servers.  A successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing FintTech company with a possibility of hire on completion of the internship period.


Primary Job Functions:
• Assist employees in resolving issues with their workstations, as well as perform maintenance
• Setup and administer user accounts within various systems
• Input and manage information to the company’s internal CRM platform, while also providing feedback on how to optimize and streamline the CRM system
•Help with the development and management of the company websites


Required Skills and Education:
High School Diploma or higher required
• Enrollment in a degree or transfer program in a technology field
• Interest and demonstrated experience with hardware and software
• Effectively communicate both orally and in writing
• Strong initiative and an ability to quickly learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
